Lessons are provided all year-round and the pool is heated between 90-93 degrees (depending on the outside temperature). Being cold during a swim lesson can be distracting and can take away from optimal learning, which is why keeping the water nice and warm is a top priority!

Lessons are available by appointment only as this pool is owned and operated by Kate herself. Unlike public pools or pools that are rented, you will not have to worry about unplanned pool closures, the pool not being heated adequately, or other swimmers getting in the way of your lesson.

A salt-water pool is easier on the skin and eyes than traditional chlorinated pools. Additionally, you won't be swimming in harsh chemicals that are the norm in public swimming pools. Salt-water pools are just as sanitary — the salt acts as a natural cleansing agent to keep the water clean and safe.

Free, non-permitted street parking is available 7 days/week. The house is conveniently located on a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic, providing peace of mind & ease when loading/unloading your little swimmers.

There is a restroom available. Many students like to come dressed in their swim attire, but you're welcome to use the restroom to change before/after your lesson.

**Please make sure little swimmers wear a swimming diaper, if age appropriate.**

There is only one lesson scheduled at the pool at any given time. As such, you will not have to deal with any other swimmers using the pool during your appointment. Having privacy and distraction-free learning allows for everyone's aquatic journey to be more peaceful, relaxed and focused.
